Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Provide technical leadership to NPI engineering team.
Provide technical support to customers and internal team.
Provide assistance and guidance in development of new product process flow.
Involve and participate in product DFM and DFA.
Provide mechanical design recommendation to customer, prepare cost model and production line layout design for new product.
Involve between design and manufacture to do well on the industrialization.
Oversee new process equipment production and new product introduction.
Interface with cross-functional teams of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
Involve and participate throughput improvement and cost reduction programs.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
With 6~8 years' electronics PCBA process Engineering experience in manufacturing factory.
Good Comment in English both in written and spoken.
Experienced in NPI or Product design
