Problems and Challenges: The enterprise had just reduced the workforce recently, which affected its reputation in the northern area. Also, the client had strict requirements and high expectations for the candidate, so even though recruitment had been made through various channels for half a year, it was still fruitless.
Our Solution: Analyzing domestic electronics manufacturing talent distribution to identify the headhunting area; Trying to seek for suitable talents in the southern areas; Conducting investigations and analysis of certain candidates with suitable backgrounds and persuading them to seek for new career opportunities in the northern area.
Result: We have successfully recommended two candidates and one has been confirmed by the client.
