Talent Development Leader (as Global Sr HRM or HRD
Experience 
- Minimum 12+ years overall experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation & benefits, consultant engagement and controlling consultant turnover. International exposure and experience is a plus. 
- Must have experience of designing, creating, implementing and measuring International compensation & benefits programs for multiple countries. Should have prior experience of managing the compensation and benefits program for the entire organization. 
- Must have knowledge and experience of mapping remuneration baselines for new markets and new countries and then creating a structured remuneration program for the organization. 
- Must have knowledge and experience of managing incentives, increments, promotions and payroll. 
- Experience in leading employee engagement in multiple locations for a diverse workforce. Experience within cross-cultural and multi-national environments is a plus. 
- Experience with HR policies related to designing, upgrading and maintaining them for the entire organization. 


Education 
- Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources 


Skills 
- Excellent written and spoken English 
- Fluency in Mandarin 
- Understand the nuances of Asian culture 
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills 
- Excellent computer skills: e-mail, word, excel 


Job Competencies 
- Responsible for the Human Resources of the entire company spread across 12 countries including China, India, Taiwan, Italy, Argentina, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia and the United States. 
- Strategic Planning: staffing, appraisals, promotions, training, employee grievances, and setting up new process and procedures. 
- Must be capable of learning & understanding Impactiva’s working processes and procedures 
- Ensure that top talent in the company gets identified, recognized and retained 
- Quality: define the Key Performance Indicators for the Human Resources department 
- Participate in 
• Leadership meetings 
• Leadership training courses 
- Expected to suggest ways on how to broaden the depth/breadth of Impactiva’s Human Resources department. 
- Must manage all succession planning for the company and plan career mapping for the top 10% of talent
