Recruiting Supervisor/Asst Manager
Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and maintain recruiting channels and network on talent market, based on thorough understanding of business needs 
Screen and filter candidate resumes from head hunter, online website, internal referral, etc.
Conduct, coordinate, and facilitate HR and line manager interview; evaluate from both HR and business perspectives; professionally document and report results
Actively follow up with candidates on offering status; propose and negotiate compensation package
Track the talent pool and filling status, provide analysis and report on request
Execute, monitor, and propose improvement in recruiting process
Manage the whole recruiting process of subcontractor; Negotiate and handle service contract and payment
 
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in HR Management 
5 years of experience in recruiting, experience in multinational IT company or outsourcing company is preferred
Strong communication skills in Chinese & English 
Highly motivated, self-starter and good team player
Multi-tasking and able to prioritize under stress with time restraints
