Staffing Manager

Job description
Overview:
Drive and execute the talent acquisition strategies, such as recruiting channels/vendors management, staffing process/policy development, university relations/campus recruiting,recruiting/interview skills training, etc.
Provide recruiting support to corporate and BUs.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting channels/vendors management
Develop and manage the internal and external recruiting channels as well as vendors. Select the right vendors based on the business needs and vendor performance evaluation; Work with Procurement team to negotiate annual contracts with various types of channel vendors and monitor the performance of the vendors;Organize regular vendors events;Analyze the recruiting challenges and develop new channels and ways to get talents;
Build up Company China shared talent database to improve the recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Recruiting/staffing process, system and policy management
Develop and execute the recruiting/staffing process and policy.

Analyze the current process, system and policy to make continuous improvement; Manage the global staffing system, ICIMS,track the HR metrics via the system and provide analysis reports; Manage Company China Career website University relations/campus recruiting/employer brand building
Build and maintain the relationship with universities for graduates hiring and internship program.
Execute campus recruiting by road show, assessment center to recruit fresh talents; Work with Marcomm team to develop webpages, promotional brochures, communication packages for all recruiting channels and ensure the right Company image;

Promote Company employer brand via campus talk,online marketing and social media
Recruiting/interview skills training
Work with ODL team to provide recruiting and interview skills training. As an internal trainer,provide trainings to hiring managers and recruiters on behavior interviewing skills in order to improve the talents selection quality; Provide ICIMS or other recruiting process trainings
Recruiting support to corporate and BUs
Provide recruiting support to customers, including position kick-off meeting with hiring mgr, cv screening, interview and offering
