Industrial Distribution Manager

Position Overview:
Take overall responsibility & accountability of Channel business for company's Industrial China Business Unit for China South Region.
This position is expected to accelerate the regional Channel business growth by working cross BU & function and drive new distribution development.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development
Take leadership on regional Channel development
Set up Industrial regional account pool by collaborating with ASE, Marketing, PM and DMM Team, establish solid relationship with key customers.
Own regional Channel development strategy, identify and develop new local distributor / trader to drive the incremental sales growth and better serve key accounts.
Improve regional market coverage & penetration through distribution for focused applications: Machine tool, Motion Drive, Wind Turbine, LED lighting, HV pannel
Develop regional Channel intelligence, well understand competition landscape, and take effective countermeasures or changes.

Regional Channel Management
Develop account plan for key customers by working with DMM, ASE and distributor
Take lead on demand creation, build up strong project pipeline and conversion with ASE & DMM team
Manage regional distribution network, including Channel conflict and pricing.
Responsible for regional Channel performance review with CBU: MBR internally coordinate with PM & ASE Team.
Take lead on regional market promotion with distributor and cross function.

Distributor Account Management
Take the responsibility & accountability of Industrial business development for assigned distributor: billing, booking, SMI
Develop & implement distributor’s yearly business plan: budget, stock plan, market development, promotion, training, etc
Track and conduct distributor’s performance review: QBR with CBU
Develop robust interaction with distributor regional branch; keep close relationship with distributor’s senior management.
