Position Summary:
Assistant Business Development Manager to plan and control resources which include manpower resources, tools and equipment,

production capacity to facilitate the project development and drive to deliver on-time results;
Facilitate cross functional communication such as production, process,quality, C&S, SCS to coordinate and negotiate related

resources with deliverables in terms of revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
Drive existing products maintenance and new project development; facilitate cross functional team to deliver on time

results;
Plan and control projects with given resources and turn them into revenus;
Assistant BDM to prepare and execute strategic plan and projects,performance measurement reports, understand the factors

contributing to variation comparing with planned target and recommend actions to improve project performance;
Monitor project progress and ensure it is aligned with project plan;
Supervise and develop project planner on daily project monitoring and coaching;
Joint customer meeting/ conference with AO

Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above,5 years or above experience;
Knowledge in manufacturing operation;
Relevant product/application knowledge, relevant engineering background a plus;
Good understanding of JE/BU work flow/system/ procedure in project management(PDMS,ERP)
Initiative, with ability to drive Cross-functional team(CFT);
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with CFT to facilitate and deliver results;
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
