Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute plan to grow business within segment
2. Price recommendation and approval
3. Supervise project managers and project planners
4. Market research to identify sub-segment
5. Product the profitable tracking & reporting ;
6. Market research to report market share & identify target customers
7. Monitor project milestones
8. Productizing viability, product planning, engineering project management
9. Product training to sales staff on differentiation & value propositions
10. Product road map management
11. Coordinate project status with customer and sales staff
12. Manage customer visits and agendas

Requirements:
1. Familiar with product development process
2. Solid experience on manufacturing or quality process and operations management
3. Application knowledge in assigned market segments
4. Good experience of project management process, productizing process and pricing process
5. Communication proficiency in English
6. More than 10 years experience
7. Bachelor’s degree, majored in engineering is a must
