Account Manager

Main responsibilities:
Sales activities
(i) Propose and implement annual district sales plan (billing target, market share, product mix, special project etc.) by customer; conduct analysis to identify customer needs (with coaching and guidance); promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders (with coaching and guidance); convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing ; and obtain change approval from Sales Manager and GAD China Director in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.
(ii) New technology and new products promotion, to enlarge company market share; Support customer engineering inquiries/samples, early involve (concept) for new projects; Maintain the internal communication with global team, to ensure the global strategy implement & in line action plan & be aware of customer activities in global base, utilize global resources to service customer and bid for new projects;
(iii) Internal Driving for new technology & new products development and, cost improvement, Tracking for local projects development;
(iv)Follow through goods delivery with customer service coordinator; and coordinate with Product Engineer and Quality Assurance in resolving products usage and quality issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
(v) Follow up AR and clear past dues in order to reduce AR/backlog.

Marketing Activities
(i) Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors’ information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.
(ii) Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance
(iii) Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.

Requirements:
(i) Bachelor in Engineering.
(ii) Above 3 years working experience, preferred in automotive related industry.
(iii) Communication and influencing skills, integrity, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.
(iv) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
(v) Good English capability both in oral and writing.
