Planning&Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:
A.) BM/AM Planning
Analyze the RFC deviation and confirm the BM & AM call off plan made by BM planner
Check the BM call off plan is adjusted in right qty and in right time according to the demand & consumption & shipment variation.
Monitoring Inventory level and inventory days deployment
Supply problem solving (quality/allocation/production/logistics/crisis)
Support new BM supplier introduction for backup plan and support new material validation in planning & logistics & decisions
 
B.) Production Planning
Check monthly capacity plan made by Production planner based on monthly RFC
Coordinate in production planning, material supply, logistic based on production special stop & test requirement
Coordinate with commercial and CSE based on customer demand variation
Work with FI to set optimized WIP level and best produciton sequence.
Coordinate with SCI, project team for new product validation on project schedule, logistic, material supply and etc
Work with production planning to control production cost by production planning optimization
 
C.) Warehouse
Manage warehouse operation, in & out, 5S, safety & AM
External warehouse management, incl. quality, service & cost
RM logistic cost (deployment and actions)
Check warehouse facilities and make investment plan for improvement and restoration
Manage waste handling process and ensure safety and avoid cheating
Monitor the RM transportation claim process and get insurance back
 
D.) Shipping
Optimize shipping process by team / DMS and ensure customer's satisfaction ( PD)
Coordinate with CSE and customers for shipment abnormal issue
Transportation supplier's management
PM logistic cost control (deployment & actions)
Transportation claim deployment
 
E.) Import and Export
Monitor the import process on time and ensure production & project supply
Support project leader or production on rush shipments or special import and export requirement
Optimize internal material management process is consistent with customs office's regulation and company's financial control
Ensure good relationship with customs office and commodity inspection bureau and other related government department
 
F.) WCM
WCM advance special award audit
Lead Foshan SC pillar
Participate Cluster SC pillar
Cluster SC pillar FI route driver
Team audit and supporting, skill training, pillar meeting and etc
Support to other pillar
 
G.) People and origination development
Build proactive, collaborative, happy working environment in P&L and cross functions
Look for team member's interest and make the development plan suitable for department need and personal need
Provide training or make training plan to team member
Multiple skill training by job rotation and work responsibility reallocation
Information transparent by department meeting, separated discussion and etc
Take responsibility when there's conflict, disagreement and even dispute.
Develop right back up for each function including successor for manager.
 
H.)Project
LCT project in China factories
 
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. 
Minimum 10 year working experience in MNC, strong management skills in terms of equipment and team. Skillful for people development and is willing to develop people.
Good command in English, both writing and speaking
Work with responsibility, proactive and dedicated in problem solving
Good at communication skill with different level staffs.
Prefer with Project management background, especially in continues improvement side.
