Sales Manager

SUMMARY
Responsible for selling BE products and services into the major accounts as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Director.
To manage and maintain a positive relationship with the assigned accounts.
To meet or exceed the revenue goals.
To provide timely feedback to Sales Management on market situations and customer requirements.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all pre- and pro-sales activities within the assigned accounts.
Coordinate with various internal department to ensure order fulfillment to be completed on time.
Handle customer complaints and to improve customer satisfaction performance.
Monitor assigned account payment status to be in order.
Establish and maintain excellent rapport with those assigned accounts at various levels.
Development and update the responsible Account Profile.
Development and execution of account tactics to win business and achieve account goals in revenue and customer satisfaction

performance index.
Support the Sales Management in sales/budget planning processes, and the development of Account Plan.
To devise appropriate tactics to grow account business by monitoring market, technology, regulatory and competitor dynamics.
Reporting requirements including weekly activities report, monthly forecast, open order status report and other reports as

specified by the Management.
Active participation at the weekly sales meeting to provide timely market and customer feedback to Sales Management.
Follow the Sales Process to attain high operational productivity.
On-time completion of tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor degree holder, or graduates of Higher Education Institutions, preferably in engineering, science, marketing or

business management disciplines.
Over 5 years of working experience in sales, marketing or product support in hi-tech industry, preferably familiar with

consumer electronic AV products and/or EMS operations.
English speaking and writing ability and/or previous working experience with a foreign company is a definite advantage.
Previous selling experience into major corporations (Fortune-500 type accounts), with some basic training on Account

Management.
Age likely to be between 26 - 35.
 
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIRED
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and/or success in selling products/service into corporate accounts.
Good negotiation, sales, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Be capable to work with both numbers and details.
Possession of good problem solving skill.
Knowledge of consumer electronics, AV products.
Sound communication skills and be able to work independently in key account selling.
Basic knowledge in Account Management and order process logistics.
