| Financial Manager |
|
1. Comply with all relevant statutory, fiscal, Group reporting requirements and Finance / Control policies and procedures
2. Scrutinize and review monthly financial statements during month-end & year-end closing
3. Lead in the annual budget/reforecast preparation and Annual Operating planning/reforecast to comply with all relevant strategy development, planning, employee development, budgeting and controlling.
4. Achieve the company internal control objectives
5. Check off all financial activities and purchasing issues including Purchase Order, Contracts and Agreements
6. Manage all issues relating to internal and external audit
7. Treasury management to meet operation requirement
8. Taxation planning to comply with all tax laws and documents
9. Coach and develop plant Finance team
10.Develop strong networks with Group, inter-plants, Finance Bureau, Local Tax Bureau, and other Regulators |
