RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Work with inside and global team on selection, assessment and audit for the new suppliers in according to the procedure
2 Conduct the formal quality system audit as per the quality policy, report and highlight QA management/department head/ global team on the audit result and any existing/potential discrepancies.
3 Act as the quality support role and involve to the new product phase review.
4 Involve and assist the engineering team to review the related product Spec/ test as per the procedure.
5 To conduct the quality process qualification audit in according to the procedure, report the qualification result to management, advise on the release of the product/process.
6 To conduct the process roving audit as per the dept yearly vendor audit plan; bi-weekly report & highlight QA manager/ department head on the findings and drive for the improvement.
7 Setup and allocate the KPI for the vendors under charge at the beginning of each year, review with QA manager and finally finalize and communicate to vendors;
8 Review to ensure effectiveness and timely submission of the corrective action plan using 8D format in compliance to customer complaint respond policy.
9 Work with on-site CQE to handle any customer complaints and monthly report & review to dept management/global quality on the KPI performance.
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)
Engineering background, preferably with a degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
1 More than 5 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment.
2 Experience in conducting quality and environmental audits
3 Understanding of ISO9001, TL9000, ISO/TS16949 is preferred
4 Have the knowledge in quality tools/method like QFD, FMEA, SPC, DOE, 7 QC tools and PPAP etc;
5 Some basic knowledge in Lean production system and Six Sigma methodology.
6 Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and result oriented;
7 Computer skills (MS office)
8 English and local language communication skills |
