| Assistant Sales Manager |
|
Responsibilities:
· Manage the Sales and costing of the assigned BU
· Ensure AOP sales targets are meet and stretch
· Meet CSAT thru on time delivery and customers expectation
· Act as the bridge between customers and the Business Unit
· Create tight bond between Customer service management and maintain customers
· Manage the sales ops and process from quotations to order processing to meet KPI
· Develop new business from current customers and new customers and assist in group business developing
programs
· Provide monthly sales pipeline and opportunities, sales forecast and monitor sales performance
· Improve Sales team performance thru training, coaching, monitoring performance etc ensure on time
shipment of orders
· Assist in managing sales A/ R matters
Requirements:
· University graduates in business management or equivalent;.
· 4+ years of sales and/or Business Development experience
· Familiar with Japanese O/A & LCD & Automobile customers/products & will be advantage if also familiar with local O/A,
LCD and other metal parts.
· Has good working knowledge in metal stamping / tooling highly preferrable
· Fluently in Putonghua and Japanese;
· Must be able to travel locally and oversea and work extended hours as required. |
