Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Support quality and consistency of product and service delivery. 2. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. 3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 4. Follow up on new won business development status. 5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. 6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. 7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 8. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. 9. Identify and resolve client complaints. 10. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 11. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 12. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. 13. Follow-up for collection of overdue payment. 14. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. 15. Collect forecast demand schedule and support stock controls. 16. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics, Electrics or Engineering background; 2. Above 5 years sales related working experience in automotive industry; 3. Experience on successfully dealing with customer complaint; 4. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin; 5. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);SPC 6. Familiar with SAP system. 7. Strong communication skills and problem solving ability and work under pressure. 8. Good sense of responsibility, initiative and team work. 9. Results-oriented. | |
