EXPERIENCE IN : (PROVIDE A DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION IN THE JD FORMAT)
1. KPI of the manufacturing functions of Group China
2. P&L of plant
3. Ensure the smoothness of the technology transfer from Group Italy
4. Efficiency and effectiveness of Plant production
5. Products quality being produced at Plant
6. Reduce WIP to minimum level
7. Strong and stable supply chain management
8. Manage the Productions/R&D/Quality/M&E/PMC/Purchasing function of Plant
9. Take lead in managing the master production plan and ensure efficiency of the plant
10. Ensure the P&L of the plant meeting the company budget
11. Setup the team and process to ensure HSE performance of the factory meeting the local government requirement.
12. Perform other duties assgiend by management.
