Responsibilities
(1) Die and fixture Design
Independently develop stamping process and conduct new die design,design review according to platform way. And do the DFM with product development egineer to clarify manufacturing feasibility and coordinate engineering samples
(2) New Die Quailification
Responsible for testing and qualification of new die in order to ensure the new tooling meet the requirements of TE standards
(3) Support to Product design change
Review the feasibility of product design change for costsaving, compliance project. And independently evaluate Die modificaiton
(4) Material
For product material, advice the tooling feasibility, capacity analysis, compliance
good understanding about relative standard, TE specification.
(5) IP-issues
Make improvement or improve suggestions on machines, products, processes.

Qualifications
(1) BS Mechanical Engineering Science Degree
(2) Minimum 5~10 years technical experience
(3) Tooling technology and innovation, Project management skill, Teamwork
(4) Good at English, reading, listening, writing and speaking;
(5) Tooling experience in Relay industry will be preferable |
