DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Establish & Optimize proper Procedures and WI for Receiving, Issuing, Storage on & supervise daily implementation
 Develop systematically Inventory Analysis, Identify Problems and propose actions for improvements (freight, filling rate, flows, packing, packaging, inventory, warehousing, cost etc)
 Plan and supervise warehouse daily operations based on scheduled material receipts , FG shipment & WIP in/out and Work with the warehouse team to achieve the KPIs
 Do scheduling and planning for inventory according to internal and external customer’s forecast, propose reasonable order lot size, order frequency and safety stock, analyze and statistic lead time, coordinate balanced supply and demand operation.
 Ensure warehousing management efficiency with approaches of Monthly PI & daily counting, FIFO, Goods Movements, Inventory Aging & Layout Optimization
 Control inventory level and manage proper logistic assets.
 Timely Maintain data into QAD for better accuracy, perform database input and all sales/purchase documents collection & checking.
 Provide On-Job-Training to Warehouse Assistants for more accurate operations
 Control, monitor and interact properly with Purchasing, Planning and Production as a team in order to reduce cost and lead time
 Provide support to Logistic on Bonded material management to avoid any misses
 Make sure warehouse and personnel management meet requirements of environment, safety and health
 Responsible for the performance of EHS in the function.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
 Diploma or Technical school in supply-chain/logistic with Forklift Driving License
 5+ years’ working experience in warehouse operations with at least 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory position preferably in automotive industry
 Excellent team-work player & communicator and Good organization and communication skills
 Strong analytic capacity and sensitive to figures
 Willing to learn, Autonomous, responsible and reactive
 Know how to Prioritize especially for urgent and critical situations
 Excellent knowledge in relevant software such as Excel, Powerpoint, Project, QAD or other ERP system
 Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, OHSAS18001, QC080000,AS9001, EICC,C-TPAT relating to warehouse & Logistics is preferred
 Experience in Fastening manufacturing industry is preferred
 Can communicate in English
