QA manager

Duties:
• Manage the overall quality engineering in business units, which includes CQE, SQE and Process audits;
• Take the lead for customer quality service, customer feedback and complaints handling to meet / exceed the customer satisfaction
• Responsible for material quality improvement / supplier performance review and audits
• Responsible for customer quality team management;
• Responsible to lead quality for the In-Process quality audit and outgoing quality audit, working with project team for process yield and outgoing DPPM improvement;
• Lead the continuous improvement program within the project team;
• Lead the New product quality control planning & qualification;
• Provide the guidance to engineers to handle the RMA, purge order, stop shipment process to ensure non-conformance material & products are handled properly;
• Drive for the Application of 8D methodology for quality continuous improvement; 
• Product reliability support and drive for FA / actions;
• Provide the training & guidance for junior engineers, QA leaders etc.

Requirements:
• With Engineering Bachelor degree or college, 10 years (min.) quality engineering experiences
• Proactive working attitudes
• Six-sigma / lean Green Belt is preferred
• Be familiar with PCBA or Assembly knowledge and QC tools;
• With Electronics manufacturing working experiences
• Leading Customer quality service experiences for multi-national customers;
• Fluent English speaking and presentation skills
• Rich quality management experiences and leadership
