| Regional Financial Analyst |
|
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Reports to: Regional Financial Director
· Assist the region finance director to effectively partner cross-functionally with all personnel in finance and non-finance departments to communicate all reporting requirements
· Coordinate with site finance managers/controllers on annual budgeting to ensure its timely completion
· Assist in setting up a robust forecasting process within the region to meet all corporate requirements and business needs
· Assist the region finance director in the preparation of periodic reporting package within required timelines
· Assist in driving the standardization of reporting, process and internal control within the region
· Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insight and recommendation to improve the region business performance
· Work as a partner to site finance team to review the daily work process so as to support the improvement of work efficiency
· Involve in the review of site Balance Sheet and follow up with any agreed actions
· Other Ad hoc assignments from the management team
Education Requirement:
· Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
Experience Requirement:
· Qualified accountant or equivalent
· 5 years work experience in finance & accounting in a manufacturing environment in MNC
· Knowledge and experiences with US GAAP
· Analytical skills with strong numerical sense, able to analyze large amount of data
· Possess ERP experience preferably SAP, and Hyperion (HFM)
· Good Mandarin & English communication skills
· Comfortable working with senior management team
· Quick learner, able to communicate effectively with all levels across the organization
· Positive attitude, team working, able to work under pressure and deliver results |
