 POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for carrying out risk-based internal audit procedures on selected group of companies, which involve reviewing, analyzing and reporting on the adequacy of risk management and controls in the business process and operating systems.
The evaluation of Company’s processes and systems will include assurance on the adequacy of management reviews, policies & procedures, segregation of duties, and compliance with Code of Business Conduct, Accounting Standards, Manual of Authority (“MOA”) and Group Policies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position reports to the Assistant Vice-President of Corporate Risk Assurance department. The basic requirements of this position are as follows:
Bachelors’ Degree in Chemical Engineering, Accounting or Business-related Field;
Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity;
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written & spoken;
Able to manage 50% travelling per month, mostly in China (but may be required to travel to ASEAN countries);
Service-oriented with matured personality;
Team player with good problem solving skills;
Computer literacy |
