| Automation Manager |
|
Responsibilities:
Planning and budgeting
1)Control Headcount and overhead.
2)plan Capital investment and ensure investment efficiency,
3)Push Automation strategy,
4)Implement department development strategy, in order to enhance department operating advantage .
New Equipment design and project management.
1) Monitor and manage the equipment/fixture design team.
2) Guide the feasibility analysis of automation application and initiate CER.
3) Evaluate the new project cost, feasibility, schedule and the quality.
4) Evaluate and choose the equipment vendor.
5) Approve new equipment validation, in order to make new equipment proper for line production .
Modify /upgrade old equipment
1) Review the feasibility study and cost analysis for the need of old equipment modification/upgrading.
2) Ensure the modification/upgrading project within the defined budget and meet the defined function requirement.
3) Ensure the modification/upgrading project on schedule, in order to reduce cost and improve productivity .
Cost saving
1) Analyze and approve the cost saving proposals.
2) Review the actual cost saving results, in order to lead team to reduce cost .
Others
Other tasks assigned per business need.
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1) Bachelor degree above majored in automation Engineering(Electrical or Mechanical) or related.
2) Minimum 10 years relevant working experience,5 years facilities management experience, well practical ability.
3) Solid knowledge in manufacturing field, much experience in automation industry.
4) Master assets management and flow of equipment investment.
5) Proficient in English. |
