Assistant HRM

Responsibilities:

Direct a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s human resource strategy. These programs may include: recruitment, training and development;compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; equal employment/affirmative action; human resource administration, human resource information system; payroll;employee communications; employment/industrial/labor relations.

Liaise with functional to develop and implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy;

Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization’s human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs;

Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budget and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or above, major in management or related subjects;
At least 6 years general HR management experience, at least 3 years as management role in foreign or multinational manufacturing companies;
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skill at all levels, attention to details & result orientated;
Good experience on the recruiting channel development, including both of staff and manpower.
Good ability to handle conflicts, able to work under pressure;
Good working knowledge and familiar with human resources, concepts, practices, procedures
Familiar with Chinese labor law and local government regulations/rules
Good command of English in both spoken and written;
