Position: LSC Manager Report to: Sr LSC Manager Subordinates: 2 Engineers Location: Dongguan Changan
DUTIES: - Purpose of Position-Summarize the overall objective of this position: - Map out and implement the strategy of LSC, cultivate continuous improvement as MCA habit. - Lead and supervise the Lean ambassador for continuous improvement from top-down bottom-up. - Manage cross functional business process kaizens focus on cost, leadership, quality, safety and OTIF. - Facilitate cross functional business process kaizen: planning, schedule, kind of prework, lean tools and just-in time training, define objective from sponsor and leaders, surface the problem, find the root cause, organize action plans and follow up with corrective actions,to make continuous improvement for growth. - Lean and supervisor Lean Ambassadors,review PIP kaizens with the LA and project leaders, which to control and provide improvement solutions for lagging projects,to meet or better than committed (4+1) goals. - Develop the team,set up development programs for problem solving talents and continuous improvement habit,to provide problem solving talents to support business growth. - Map out and implement the strategy of LSC,set up improvement programs,to enhance the culture of continuous improvement.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: - Minimum Education BA/BS (4-Year College/University Degree) - Typical Number of Years of Experience:7-10 Years - Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Industrial Engineering focus on LSC
