The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support to the Senior Executive and the Team. The Executive Assistant will work independently, providing full range of administrative support, with efficiency. Anticipating and pre-planning in order to meet pressing deadlines and address daily challenges. This position will oversee and manage all office procedures and clerical functions such as:
Job Summary: 1.Schedule, maintain, update and coordinate daily calendars, schedule appointments and meetings. 2.Schedule, plan and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, training, webcasts and events. 3.Make domestic and international Travel arrangements, coordinate visa applications and prepare itineraries. Oversee logistics, coordinate tickets, travel and hotel, requiring interaction with both internal and external Executives and Assistants to coordinate a variety of complex Executive meetings and events in a very dynamic and ever changing environment. 4.Process and reconcile Corporate Purchase Card, Travel, and Living expense accounts. 5.Key contact for AMT senior staff demonstrating ability to deliver high standards of proactive and astute internal and external customer services 6.Interact with high-level external and internal contacts (Corporate, vendors, key customers, community business leaders) in a professional manner, both by telephone and in person, using discretion and judgment in gathering and disseminating information in a timely manner 7.Effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the organization and provide proper assistance/information. 8.Problem solving mindset with the ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines. 9.Assist in project execution, tracking, and Advanced Manufacturing Technology activities as needed. 10.Continuous review and prioritization of email and other correspondence 11.Answer and screen telephone calls 12.Type, edit and proofread documents, correspondence and presentations 13.Maintain electronic records and SharePoint sites 14.Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality 15.Proactive Team player - assist and provide coverage for other administrative assistants as needed

Minimum Requirements 1.Preferred minimum of 8 years of executive administrative experience supporting executives; large corporation executive assistant experience preferred 2.Previous experience within a multinational environment across multiple time zones 3.College degree or equivalent experience. Working experience with engineering / technology team preferred 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5.Must have strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills 6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities 7.Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
