Recuiting & Staffing In order to get the openings filled (1)Prepare the manpower plan and hc forcast and application;conduct vacant position management (2)Prepare monthly recruitment report and maintain data in ATS; (3)Conduct non-operator recruitment and the first round interview; (4)Monitor and conduct the recruitment sources development and maintenance (5)Draft the on boarding schedule and transfer the information to staffing team.
Performance Management In order to get all performance well managed (1)Initiate the annual performance review and follow up
Training & Development In order set up a employee development system (1) Conduct orientation for new operators; (2) Organize Orientation traning for new office staff (3) Prepare quarterly training plan and follow up (4) Initiate annual professional talent selection and follow up all related activities; (5) Follow up all the logistic of any in-house and external training; (6) Initiate apprentice program and follow up all related activities on a monthly basic; (7) Orgazine cross department training; (8) Conduct all training file maintanance including in system and hardcopy;
ER In order to improve employee engagement (1)Support company project related to communication & compliance. (2)Work with cross-function department head to work on a solution to related employees' complaint and timely release; (3)Maintain bulletin board and keep all notice to public up-to-date; (4)Initiate and follow up with the annual GTEC campaign to keep pace with the corperate schedule;
Reporting Prepare HR monthly report
EHS In oder to create a healty workplace (1) follow up compensation when there is an industrial injury; (2) Take part in EHS Ergo project and be responsible for Office area improvement
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience Bachelor degree More than 5 year HR related experience
